Accurate Advisory Group ("AAG," "we," "us") is a security grant consulting firm based in New Jersey, serving nonprofit organizations across the United States. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, including our contact and consultation-request forms.

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tools, and we do not collect information from your device beyond what your browser sends with any ordinary web request (such as your IP address, which our hosting provider may log for security and operations).

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule your consultation
  • Assess your organization's potential eligibility for security grant programs
  • Communicate with you about our services, using your preferred contact method where indicated
  • Maintain internal records of leads and client relationships

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising or add you to marketing lists you did not request.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are delivered to us and stored using Google Workspace services (Google Sheets and Gmail) under our organization's account. Google acts as a service provider processing this data on our behalf; its handling of data is governed by Google's privacy policy. Our website is hosted on Vercel, and fonts are served by Google Fonts; these providers may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site.

When we share information

We share your information only:

  • With service providers that operate our website and business tools (described above), solely so they can provide those services to us
  • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
  • With your direction or consent — for example, if we prepare a grant application on your organization's behalf

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and lead records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, or grant‑compliance obligations. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or delete your information
  • Opt out of further communications from us

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including transmitting form submissions over HTTPS and restricting access to our records to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you entrust to us.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed at organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
