The terms that govern your use of this website and inquiries about our services.
Effective date: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Accurate Advisory Group website and any inquiries you submit through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accurate Advisory Group ("AAG," "we," "us") is a security grant consulting firm based in New Jersey. This website describes our services, provides general information about federal and state security grant programs, and allows you to request a consultation. The site is informational — it is not itself a consulting engagement.
Submitting the contact form, downloading materials, or speaking with us on an introductory call does not make your organization a client of Accurate Advisory Group. A client relationship is created only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement that sets out the scope of services, fees, and responsibilities. Until then, neither party owes the other any obligation beyond what these Terms and our Privacy Policy describe.
Grant eligibility, funding amounts, and award decisions are made solely by the administering government agencies under their program rules. Figures on this site (such as typical or maximum award amounts) are illustrative. We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be funded, and past results do not predict future outcomes.
Content on this site — including descriptions of grant programs, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements — is general information, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Program rules change and vary by state and funding cycle. Consult the administering agency's official guidance and, where appropriate, qualified counsel before making decisions.
Federal rules may restrict a single firm from both developing a grant application and performing or administering the funded work on the same award. Where such restrictions apply, our services are structured to respect them — for example, post‑award grant administration is offered as a separate engagement. Specific service boundaries are defined in each client's engagement agreement.
You agree not to:
The Accurate Advisory Group name, logo, and the content of this site (text, design, graphics) are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your organization's internal, non‑commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written consent.
The site may reference or link to third‑party resources, such as government grant portals and program pages. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Our site is hosted and operated using third‑party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that its information is complete or current at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accurate Advisory Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost funding opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising from a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement, not these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Accurate Advisory Group harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms:
These Terms are provided as a general framework for website use and are not legal advice. We recommend review by qualified counsel — particularly the liability, indemnification, and governing‑law sections — before relying on them.
